Hand Coiled Indian Pottery
The turtle pictured here is the traditional image for the People of the Casas Grande Valley tribe in the northern state of Chihuahua Mexico. Casas Grande makes some of the finest hand coiled pottery in the world today.
Each pot is hand coiled, and hand-painted. (Hand coiled means no potters wheel is used, the pot is entirely formed by hand.)
This beautiful little pot stands 2-3/4" tall, 4" wide, has a 12" circumference, and a 1-3/8" opening. It is signed by the artist, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. We have only a few of these available.
