• All items are guaranteed to be fresh and of excellent quality.
  • Returns are accepted for defective dry good merchandise only, unless the manufacturer deems otherwise.
  • Sales on all perishable goods (seed, foods, cacti, etc.) are final. No exceptions.
  • After ordering, any request to cancel an online order will be denied unless we are contacted within one hour of the original order.  No exceptions.   
  • Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
  • If your package was damaged in transit, you MUST go to the post office or to UPS with the package, and file a damage report immediately.  We require same day receipt notification of any damage. 
  • We also require same day notification of missing items. Please check your order upon receipt.

  •  In the event of damage, we will replace your order free of charge, after postal or UPS investigation.

  • In the event of a lost package, we will at our discretion, either file a claim with the carrier, or ship a replacement package to you at no charge. 

  • Refunds will not be granted for lost or delayed packages. 

  • A false report of a lost package, or failure to report receipt of a package to a card issuer is fraud, and is grounds for collection, prosecution, and/or inclusion of fraudulent activity to a national fraud database. 

 

It is unfortunate that we've had to take these steps, but consumer fraud and identity theft are at an all-time high.  These policies are necessary to protect our customers (and ourselves) from fraudulent and/or dishonest activities.
